The context

The tools have changed. The way decisions are made has not.

Industrial companies now replace their systems faster than ever: MES, APS, WMS, new ERP modules. Every software vendor adds artificial intelligence to its offer, but how mature those functions really are varies a great deal, and the customer rarely has a way to check before signing.

At the same time, the data needed for a good stock decision already exists. The problem is not that it is missing, but that someone still has to turn it into a decision by hand.

This is the point where it helps to have someone on your side who knows both: the plant and the system.

Consulting

Supply chain consulting and flow optimisation

We help industrial and logistics companies get their supply chain under control. Our consulting covers the whole operational value chain, from diagnosing the flows to deploying the systems that run them.

01

Supply chain diagnostic

When we step in
Situation
The margin is below what the market pays, and nobody knows exactly where it goes. Costs spread across transport, stock, changeovers and overtime. Taken one at a time, none of those lines looks abnormal.
What we do
We walk the whole flow, from order to shipment, and name the places where costs are created that accounting never sees. The deliverable is a list with figures, ordered by size and by how hard each item is to fix.
Result
You know what to fix first, and what it is worth.
02

Inventory optimisation

When we step in
Situation
The service level is slipping and the margin goes with it: customers wait, and rush orders cost what they cost. Money sits on SKUs that barely move, and there is not enough of it on the ones customers really ask for. The minimum levels were set once, by hand, and nobody has revisited them since.
What we do
We review the replenishment policy, the safety stocks and the structure of the range. We group SKUs into families and check which ones actually earn their place. Where it makes sense, we deploy ProdLeo.
Result
Less frozen capital, at the same availability or better.
Example
At a French manufacturer: analysis of stock data, qualification of SKUs, definition of safety stocks, then deployment of ProdLeo on the customer's data.
03

Logistics reorganisation

When we step in
Situation
Several warehouses, each built up on its own. Picking drags, transport is expensive, and nobody has the full picture.
What we do
Merging warehouses, pooling resources, organisation and layout plan, preparation and deployment of a WMS, transport master plan.
Result
Shorter picking, lower transport cost, one view of stock instead of several.
04

Systems, data and artificial intelligence

When we step in
Situation
The company is deploying or selecting a system: ERP, APS, MES, WMS. The software vendors promise much the same things, and nobody inside the company can play the customer's role. On top of that, reports are put together by hand and arrive too late.
What we do
We take the customer's side: defining requirements, assessing software vendors, testing the promises, signing off the deployment. We put scattered data back in order, fix a single definition for each indicator and build reporting that no longer has to be assembled by hand.
Result
The system you choose answers a real need, and the figures are there when the decision is made.

Deployment at a French manufacturer

Analysis of stock data, qualification of SKUs, definition of safety stocks and deployment of ProdLeo on the customer's data. Project ongoing.

Not just you

The three remarks we hear most often

"Our data is in bad shape."

It usually is. We start from what exists, not from what should exist. The first step is exactly that: working out what a decision can rest on.

"We don't have time for another project."

A diagnostic needs access to your data and a few conversations, not a team pulled off its work. And at implementation it is us doing the work: we add time to your team, we do not take it.

"We already have an ERP and a software vendor."

We do not replace systems. On systems work we sit on your side of the table, facing the software vendor, and ProdLeo sits on top of the ERP instead of replacing it.

How we work

Three steps, always the same

Conversation

Free. We work out what the situation is and we say whether we are the right people.

Diagnostic

A short, paid step with a clear scope. You come out of it with a list with figures and a recommendation, even if what follows is not done with us.

Implementation

We carry out the recommendations or we support your team. Scope and schedule agreed up front.

Project

Defined scope, schedule and price.

Support

We are on your side in a project run by a software vendor.

Common questions

What you will want to know before the conversation

How long does a diagnostic take?

It depends on the scope, usually two to six weeks. Scope, timing and price are agreed before the start.

Does our data have to be clean?

No. We start from what exists. Assessing data quality is part of the diagnostic, not a condition for starting it.

Do we have to change our ERP?

No. ProdLeo works from ERP data, or even from an Excel file. On system projects we are on the customer's side, facing the software vendor: we do not sell our own system in place of theirs.

Where is our data processed?

ProdLeo queries are processed within the European Union, and the connection is encrypted. Data is transmitted only for as long as the answer takes and feeds no model. We can work with Anthropic or with Mistral, depending on your data sovereignty requirements.

Do you work remotely or on site?

The diagnostic requires being on site. What follows depends on the project: analysis is done remotely, workshops and implementation on site.

What languages do you work in?

In French, Polish and English.

How much does it cost?

The first conversation is free. The diagnostic is paid, with scope and price agreed up front. We quote after that conversation: without knowing the situation, any figure would be invented.

There are two of you. Can you carry our project?

We take on as many projects as we can run personally. That is a limit, but it is also the only way to have people with thirty years in the trade across the table from you, rather than a consultant assigned to an account. If a project is beyond us, we say so at the first conversation.

Contact

Let's start with a conversation

The first conversation is there to understand the situation. You leave it with a clear view of where the problem sits, and of whether we are the right people to deal with it. If we are not, we will say so.
